Makalu Base Camp Trek 5000m

The Makalu Base Camp Trek is an adventurous and remote trek that takes you deep into the heart of the Makalu-Barun National Park, home to pristine wilderness, dramatic landscapes, and the majestic Mt. Makalu (8,485 m) – the fifth-highest mountain in the world.

Located in eastern Nepal, this trek is ideal for experienced trekkers seeking solitude, stunning alpine scenery, and the thrill of reaching an untouched Himalayan base camp. Along the way, you’ll pass through lush tropical forests, high-altitude glaciers, and culturally rich Rai and Sherpa villages.
